I disagree. But I suppose since I am from the states, I don't have a leg to stand on. This fight was silly, and I don't think it was necessary. The "Pamphlets" usually fight too much, and I don't apreciate that type of hockey. I don't like that the fans ask for the fights. I don't like that when one looks for hockey highlights, this is what comes up. It is the way it goes, but I for one would like to see less fighting.
I'd agree with you to a certain extent. This type of fight is WAY over the top and my initial comment was made with a heaping dose of sarcasm.
That being said, the occasional fight is to be expected. Taking the physical nature out of the sport would be a damn shame. And when you have that much physical contact fights are bound to break out...
